As an entry level weekend wheeler mud terrain I have been more than happy with these tires. I bought my 245/75R16 Roadone Cavalry M/T's off of ebay in 2018 delivered to my door for $100/tire (they have since gone up, but not by much). They are surprisingly quiet for an open lugged mud terrain and are not as rough of a ride as people say being a load range "E" tire. I live in Idaho and see every type of weather imaginable and these tires have performed very well in all conditions. Manufacturer's recommended tire pressure is 80psi which is absolutely absurd in my opinion and I never surpassed 60psi for long distance road trips. Having factory rims (not beadlocks) I have run these tires at 20psi off road and they squish down pretty well for having such a tough sidewall. Mine have been through deep clay mud, sand, creeks, dry rock, wet rock, ice and snow and I will have to say they perform just as they need to but in snow these things are amazing. There's a lot of negative comments out there by people assuming handling characteristics by just the description of the tire and how it's made but not from someone who has run a set for almost 5 years in a variety of conditions. I bought these being broke and wanting an aggressive mud terrain and I truly believe I got my money out of them plus some. Currently after almost 40K miles I am getting new tires installed next week, and no I'm not purchasing these again as I have the funds for the tires I have really been dreaming of but if I was in the same position I was in 5 years ago I would buy these again no doubt about it. The absolute only downside to these tires that I have come across is the directional tread pattern. Doesn't allow for rotating tires in a traditional method but wasn't that much of an issue. I actually ran them in reverse for about three months with no issues either. I only did this to reverse the "cupping" the outside lugs started to do after a few months of a really bad alignment issue but that was 100 percent the vehicles fault and not the tires fault. Even so after about 1500 miles in reverse I got the "cupping" to go away and they smoothed right back out. By far these have been one of the best entry level mud terrain tires I have ever purchased and I don't think other consumers should be afraid of them based on construction information. If you got a cheap wheeler that you go thrash around for fun and need some cheap but very capable rubber. These do the job just fine.
