Nitto Nt555 G2

I have gone through 2 sets of G1 555's and purchased the G2's believing the newer generation would be better. Unfortunately the road noise is awful compared to the first generation they hum and growl at all speeds. Tried different tire pressure, re-mounting, balancing, etc with absolutely no change in the noise and awful road feel. These are supposed to be street tires but they feel much more like knobby off-road truck tires. They sound as if you are riding over grates. I could not give anything better than a 1 rating across the board because if you can't stand the awful noise at all speeds, nothing else matters.
