The Ventus S1evo3 SUV uses bead packing technology - a special additional nylon layer in the sidewall, which increases its strength. The two-layer carcass and aramid fiber reduce unwanted tread deformation at high and very high speeds (over 300 km / h) by up to 60 percent compared to previously used materials. By reducing heat generation, the tire's stability and service life are significantly increased, as well as a high level of traction with the road over a very wide temperature range. The special tread compound guarantees excellent dynamic and performance characteristics both on dry and wet road surfaces.

Belt material allows for 5 percent increased lateral grip. The deep outer groove inside the special tread blocks visually resembles the expressive pattern of the first model of HANKOOK Ventus S1 Evo tires with a characteristic wavy groove in the outer part of the tread. Technically, this Interlocking Groove, combined with an optimized 4-groove tread pattern, significantly reduces aquaplaning and increases wet grip without compromising dry traction.
