Programmable deformation tread blocks
The tread pattern of this tire contains many blocks. Their shape and size are selected in such a way that under load they increase the area of its contact with the road. In addition, this design provides a significant amount of wear resistance to the tire as well as very predictable handling that is virtually unaffected by external factors.
Expanded shoulder functionality

Four longitudinal grooves with a branched notch system quickly push water out from under the tire, and also reduce the noise of the model.
Compound
The rubber compound received an increased amount of silica, which contributed to a 5% reduction in fuel consumption due to a tighter fit of the tire to the base and an increase in the traction characteristics of the model.
At the same time, the amount of exhaust vapors emitted into the atmosphere has decreased. The optimized mixture, combined with the tread structure, has increased the stiffness of both the center and shoulder areas, thereby simplifying handling by increasing the speed of response to the driver's commands.
Frame structure
The reinforced carcass is one of the main advantages of the tire. Eagle NCT5 rubber received a double lightweight belt, light bead ring. The over-belt reinforcement layer has improved pressure distribution, eliminating potential problems from heavy loads. This, in turn, also contributed to the reduction in rolling resistance.
Sturdy sidewalls handle obstacles. In the event of a puncture, a tire can hold out for several tens of kilometers without deteriorating the running characteristics and deformation of the structure.
