NeoTires

The American division of the Chinese company Triangle Tire has introduced the new Triangle TR653 ST tire for specialized trailers. Thanks to two layers of the belt in the design, the novelty is characterized by increased strength and increased load capacity, providing stability when towing. The nylon belt wraps help increase tire durability and ride comfort, while an advanced rubber compound ensures low rolling resistance. The optimized pattern design and rounded tread profile improve the tire's damping performance.

“Triangle has specialized in the production of ST (Special Trailer) tires for specialized trailers for decades, which are manufactured from quality raw materials in one of the most high-tech tire factories in the world,” said Rick Phillips, vice president of sales for Triangle Tire USA. "We are delighted to bring the new Triangle TR653 ST to the US market and are confident that it will become a popular and profitable product for our dealers."

Taking into account the wishes of consumers, the company's specialists focused on maximum safety and sustainability. For this, a shock-resistant frame and an unusual tread pattern were used. To prevent defective lots from entering the market, the tire is subject to rigorous quality control.

Impact-resistant frame

Light truck tires are often subjected to extreme stress, which causes the tread to break. They used reinforced frame is made using new technology, therefore it has increased strength and reduced weight. As a result, the tire can withstand heavy loads, and the reduced weight has increased the speed characteristics and shortened the braking distance.

Universal tread pattern

The used universal tread pattern Triangle TR653 provides excellent driving performance on any road surface. Twin rows of blocks in the center of the tread provide excellent straight-line stability. The shoulder area has special grooves, due to which it was possible to increase stability during any maneuvers. A special protective ring in the shoulder area reliably protects the tire from lateral damage and punctures.

Branched drainage system

This tire uses a branched drainage system, consisting of three deep channels and a large number of small notches and sipes. Deep zigzag channels quickly drain water from the tire, preventing possible aquaplaning. A large number of small notches and sipes perfectly absorb driving noise and provide increased grip on wet roads.

Main features of the Triangle TR653 tire

- the reinforced frame provides reliable protection against damage and punctures, withstanding maximum loads;

- the universal tread design allows for increased stability and excellent handling;

- a new drainage system increases grip on wet road surfaces and reduces driving noise;

- increased elasticity of the rubber allowed to reduce rolling resistance, which reduced fuel consumption while driving and increased stability on any surface.

The Triangle TR653 ST tires for the American market have a reinforced construction with a double belt that increases the stability of the trailer while transporting the load. In addition, an extra layer of nylon increased tire strength, a specially formulated rubber compound reduced rolling resistance, and a new design and rounded profile for improved shock absorption.

“Triangle has been making trailer tires for decades and the company has always strived to use quality raw materials and the best manufacturing techniques,” said Rick Phillips, vice president of sales for Triangle USA.

Triangle TR653 ST is available in 10 popular sizes with rims ranging from 13 "to 16".
